This hybrid role requires both project leadership/management and a solid understanding of relevant technologies and architectures to properly support technical web projects: ensuring projects are completed to specifications, with an established time frame and budget.

You will also need to keep learning! Get certifications (SCRUM Master, PMP, etc…), dive deeper into your skillset and grow. Marketwake will pay for and facilitate growth - take advantage of this. You will be asked to expand your knowledge and be a marketing expert. Never stop building your toolbox of skills - this will go far in your growth at Marketwake. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work well with internal teams, including: Developers, Creative Team members, Account Managers, Project Managers, and Marketwake leadership
Implement Agile management practices across development team, including but not limited to: Managing sprint kick-off, scheduling demos, managing retrospectives, and story point estimations. Removing roadblocks for development team.
Daily management of recurring development needs of Marketwake’s Google My Business & Reputation Management clients
Daily management of technical projects including but not limited to website maintenance, website integrations, content migrations, API builds, etc…
Daily management of development & technical web QA against checklists, user stories, requirements as submitted by Technical Product Managers
Determine client needs and translate them into requirements for technical projects
Create and implement processes to help manage Quality Assurance across all technical web projects & clients
Coordinate technical product testing & QA to improve client experience and final product execution
Understand technology trends and how they affect Marketwake and our clients
Provide internal and client training on how to use certain technologies/products as needed
Become a subject matter expert on technical web challenges and work to find accurate technical solutions & plans for Marketwake’s clients
Research tools and technologies that can help our clients reach their goals faster
