Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Manager

Marketwake is growing and looking for a highly-skilled, certified, and process-forward Salesforce leader to be our next Salesforce Business Analyst. We work with Salesforce Orgs across all industries in areas of basic administration to larger more complex integration implementations and we need someone who can work with our clients to develop processes and find areas of optimization to meet our client's objectives. 

This person needs to have the Certified Salesforce Administrator certification (or 2-4 Years working as a Salesforce Admin), and have experience working with Sales and Marketing teams in order streamline operations. This person needs to be a critical thinker and problem solver, be able to learn quickly and must have a self-starting, goal-oriented approach to work.


  • 2-6 Years of Salesforce Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software with quick grasp of technical concepts
  • Has experience with SCRUM or Waterfall methodologies
  • Problem Solver
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Pardot and Hubspot
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Desire to work closely with clients and keep projects on track
  • Maintain client relationships and assist in onboarding new clients

What does this look like:

  • You will work to gather requirements around future state goals and assess current state of systems
  • Gather insights into efficiencies, inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improving their org structure
  • Gather insights into their business processes and how their teams need to share data/information up and down stream
  • Meet with clients on a regular cadence to ensure client satisfaction and continual improvement of their systems
  • Create architecture models of how systems will connect and how data will flow between systems
  • You will work within multiple Salesforce orgs looking for areas of friction and help determine processes to ease the friction
  • Lead the discovery of clients' needs and determine a strategy to reach the client’s goals
  • Work in tandem with Salesforce Admins to build processes and systems that improve our client's tech stack
  • Act as the client liaison to your team
  • Work closely with our Revenue Operations Consultant to implement and optimize our client’s Orgs
  • Continue your own education so you can improve your skills and assist in other projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

3-6 Years working within the Salesforce Ecosystem and 2-3 Years of Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
