What is it?

The Junior Associate Program at Marketwake is an apprenticeship designed to jumpstart your career in marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in your chosen field—whether that’s Account Management, Project Management, Visual Design, Copywriting, Social Media, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Operations or CRM Management—by working on client projects alongside our industry experts. This program pairs you with a mentor, ensuring you receive personalized guidance, feedback, and opportunities to develop skills that will shape your career. As a valued team member, you’ll collaborate on innovative ideas that drive meaningful results.

How long would it be?

The JA Program lasts 22 weeks and is full-time, in-person, and paid. We hire for the program on an as-needed basis, meaning positions are available based on current opportunities and departmental needs. While completion of the program doesn’t guarantee a full-time position, many of our graduates have gone on to join Marketwake as permanent team members. This immersive experience is designed to equip you with the expertise and confidence to thrive in your career.
