BACKGROUND

Sonar solves and avoids deeply technical problems for non-technical people before disastrous consequences occur. While they have an amazing product, they weren’t exactly sure where to begin with branding, design, or their website. 


At Marketwake, we understand that a website isn’t just a digital piece of real estate — it’s your first impression, your final countdown, and your closer (no pressure, right?).


What Sonar lacked was an understanding of the pain paints for their website visitors and potential customers. So how do you build a website that captivates users and generates sales?

As we began interviewing stakeholders, we turned our learning sessions into case studies to better understand the gap between those who will adopt Sonar immediately (tech people within a company) and who the decision makers are (typically non-tech people). 


Once we understood who we were talking to and how to speak to them, we created a new brand identity for Sonar.


The result is a high-converting website with great branding and UX design thanks to using a holistic approach.
